Mad Pizza, Darlinghurst 3.5/5

i always loved to eat, and try new flavors. i can feel each spices tinkling my taste buds, everytime i try something new. Have always expressed these, and was asked, why not share to the world.

first would like to review about a very small and cozy corner restaurant, inspite of passing through it almost everyday for the past 8months, just had a chance to try it today. Its easy to miss, look out for a bicycle with some menu on it ! there it is.

Mad Pizza !
there are only about 5 to 6 tables, and few bar stools, about 15people can snuggle in, but once you find a table, and settled in, you will be greeted by lovely staff, who puts a brown sheet and some crayons on your table ! inspite of choosing what to eat, i was more like a 5year old(when do kids get crayon for the 1st time?!? dont rem) getting ready to make his drawings the 1st time. the menu was greatly organised, not clustered with too much, just a sheet with starters, pizzas, pastas & salads and drinks on the other side.

Italian names with ingredients, my lovely partner helped me to choosing our dinner, Mad Margarita, Insalata e arugula del parmigiano(Rocket, pear, walnut & parmasan salad)
while waiting for the dinner to be served, had an amazing time coloring the table and the music is very pleasant and soothing.
First thing i noticed when the Pizza arrived is the Super thin base ! the pizza is wonderfull, not too much cheese, toppings are well spread and tomato base is not burnt, which happens is most small pizza places.the salad made me buzzing of whats in it, it had a peculiar taste, which was enjoyable.
